"Chance Marmalade's tightrope act with two chairs in the Circus of Dreams is an example of what is missing in comedy today. Chairs. This is because the stand-ups have taken over. What a treat to see the tradition of the silent clown come back to the public, involving furniture."

"I was in attendance to witness the debut of Troupe Comique in the Circus of Dreams at ACT Saturday Sept. 27th, but since I have no experience in laughing and really do not know what is amusing, let alone funny, I did want to mention on the way to the show I saw some extraordinary ferns placed in Roman style pots in a French Provincial patio that nearly moved me to an identifiable emotion."
